Strips look good the way you have them and the magenta is a great accent color to use.....it really "pops". I really like it!

Looks great! The fabric for borders is busy enough not to need matching, and you are right about the order of the strips not mattering -- didn't notice until went back and looked again!

No it is not too much. It is allusional. I can see it change each time I look at it. I love the magenta and blue together.
