My DH loves to look at craigslist. (for those that don't know it's a website people can sell things locally online for free) Well he saw a listing for a box of fabric for $35 so he sent off an email to see if it was still available. It WAS and his niece picked it up and brought it to me this weekend. The box was HUGE...probably about 3 x 3. And it was stocked full of fabric. I went through piece by piece. And I was so excited to find alot of Batiks (my favorite!). I have a whole bolt of white on white and like 8 others with more than 10 yards of fabric. Most all of the fabric in the box were more than 1 yard. I just couldn't be more excited and had to share with all of you!

One of the fabrics has hummingbirds all over it and my mother loves hummingbirds so I am thinking of making her something really special for Mothers day with that one. Just have to pick a pattern for it!
