I-Spy Quilt for my Grandson
 

Please excuse the terrible mobile phone pictures! This is the I-Spy quilt I recently finished for my gorgeous grandson who is four. I have included two of each picture in the quilt so that he can play the 'matching game' with his little sister till they are old enough to play I-Spy. My grandson and granddaughter had a great time trying to see who could find the matching picture first, which did result in a friendly tussle or two :D

Awesome quilt! I love the shadow effect. One day I'm going to do a quilt with the shadowing. Every since I seen my first one, I loved the look. Just too many beautiful quilts to make. Great idea of putting 2 of each picture so they can play the match game. Looks like they love it!

The photo of the grandkids says it all...I have a grandson who is now 2 1/2 maybe now would be a good time to start an I spy for him.

Thank you everyone for the lovely comments :o It was really easy and such a fun quilt to make. GD (2 years old) had a tantrum the other day because her brother was lying on the sofa with the quilt and she 'demanded' it be put on the floor to play with! Ha, ha! Might have to make another :D
