I spy scrap paper pieced
1 Attachment(s)
This is my favorite scrap quilt, I think someone posted this pattern already, this is my version from Fons and Porter magazine May/June 09 called Seams of Opal. it is super easy and lots of fun, the children just love it as a "I spy game" it uses a lot of scraps and is very colorful but a bit tedious to get the paper out.
Sorry it is not a very quality pic, the next one will be better |
I love it!! Scrappy and cheerful. A child is sure to love it.

I can see why the children would love it. It's a fun quilt. BrendaK

very interesting use of scraps! Thanks for the inspiration.

Love it! My mom is working on one similar using all size strips around her I spy pieces, will show her this as she is not sure she likes it, now she will get an idea of how it will be with blocks put together, thanks.

Any child would love that quilt. I love it and I'm far from being a child. :)

I don't usually go "ape" over kids quilts, but I have to say that this one hit me right between the eyes and it personifies "cute as it gets".
