Great job!!! I am learning too and so far mine look more like human spines than feathers lol!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's funny! I think mine are too fat. But it was fun and I'm going to keep trying.

Very nice. Each time you do more feathers, they get better. Did you notice going one direction was easier than the other? Something to do with our brains, I think.

Great job! I have that book but haven't tried the feathers yet. I have a few small tops that need quilting so I can practice on them.

Yes, I did notice that. Even when I was practicing with pen & paper I have a hard time trying to change direction. But, then I've always been VERY right handed. My left hand is pretty much there just to hold things for my right...hahaha.
