It reminds me of one of the French General fabrics. Have you checked that line?

It is the thistle bush from Scotland. I have seen a lot of them lately in pictures and fabric, I do not know the actual name of the fabric .

There is a site.....I don't know it....but I know lots of people use it......to find material that isn't on the current choice. Maybe someone here can help you... :?:
