I have one and I would never part with her. She has cousins that are other brands but she is my soft spot.

I am curious about how the pawn shop price was. A deal, a steal, or about what you would usually pay for a used one.

You need to learn to sew with your elbows and toes now to work all three at once :)
I had never thought of contacting a pawn shop for a machine. I have to admit that I have never been inside of one. We have far too many in town... |
I have the 2042. Love it :-P

How blessed can anyone be, to have 3 Pfaff 7570's.
I have a 7570, and love her dearly. Anytime you are ready to let one of your girls be adopted, I will take her. Most important she will get all the love she deserves. Happy Thanksgiving |
If you were a man, I would tell you to start passing out the cigars! :D

Well I have twins. They are over 30 years old. Elna Su. I actually adopted the second one about 8 years ago. Now one lives at a friend's house in California and the other rides back and forth in the car to another friend's house here in New Mexico. When I lived in California I would take both to quilt retreats just in case one didn't work. Never had a problem, but one of the other ladies borrowed the second one when she discovered that she had taken the walking foot off her machine before retreat and forgot the screw to put the regular foot on! I love them both but they are VERY HEAVY and I am thinking that a Featherweight would be nice for taking with me now.
