Make sure you don't sew over them!! They are easy to sew over! I was sewing from the other side and thought I was sewing over the shaft of the pins but didn't realize I had actually sewn over the head of the pins! I hate to take pins out so if I use pins I don't pull them til I am done. Yeah I know I replace alot of needles. I don't use pins unless I have to.
It really wasn't too hard to take them out. Bookmark I was working on See the two pins I sewed over? Upclose of the pin sewn over Finished bookmark |
oh my, be careful!

I always sew with the pin on the top. I hate it when a pin scratches the finish on the machine. Never considered that you could sew through one!

I have done this several times...most frustrating!

I am surprised that the needle didn't break!

Yep, been there done that! It was surprising the needle really does sew through those flower ends quite nicely, with even stitches!

HUGS!!!! Definitely know the feeling.

I thought it was the test of the machine, if it could sew thru it, then ya had a dandy of a machine! Tested it several times.

Cute bookmark. I'm glad I am not the only one in the world that does things like that.
