Illusion quilt
 

Finished this quite some time ago, but seems like it also took a very long time for me to get the darned thing quilted. Now it's done. Crazy creation that it is.

Super gorgeous quilt! I can look at many quilts and understand the construction, but just have so much difficulty when they have the 3dimensional effect of a sphere. They surely are gorgeous though and most interesting.

Very pretty and bright. That is such an optical illusion and love how it takes on its own 3-D view

I don't see illusion quilts with this much color ever. I love it. I am a Black/white & Bright woman myself. Your use of the color with the illusion in black and white is a treasure.

That looks great, they always look like they would be so difficult to construct.

Very pretty. It looks 3-dimensional. I've been tempted to try one of these, but wasn't sure if it would make me feel like I was getting cross-eyed while putting it together.
