I had a blast wandering about in Fabric Depot. So many fabrics my Visa card screamed even before we got inside.
I never seen so many quilters all in one spot before. ...LOL

Anyways I spent a little money and here is what I got....

We hit an antique shop, and I found this cute doll quilt and a bag of about (42) 9 patch blocks. They had a lot of cool things there, but yet again my Visa card threatened to go ballistic on me if I did.....LOL

Wow you had self control I would not have been able to leave the store with out running out of food money!! wonderful!

I would love to go there! We have nothing like that around here. We have a Joanns & a WalMart about 45 min away. Thats about it! There is a really nice quilt store but I can't usually afford it there. Pretty pricey even before the fabric price hike

First time I went into Fabric Depot, I thought I was in the Promised Land---I'd have fallen to my knees if I had thought I could have gotten up off them again! What a great store!

I am so glad for you great deals. You should have stopped by the Mill End Store since you were so close. They have a great selection of quilting fabrics there as well.

Ooooohhhhh, you had my dream! Wonderful. Beautiful choices. We don't have one of them either. Only the small, but lovely, LQS is primarily devoted to fabric.

Yes there is. Several in fact. The tie dye Batik is going with my peace sign fabric for a quilt for my newly wrecked truck......LOL

So glad you liked one of our LQS. Fabric Depot is one of my favorite places. I get to go there at least twice a month. We also have several small quilt shops which are really great.
