You are so funny. Never heard " cheese fell off her cracker" before.....but I will say it In the future. The quilt is not the ugliest I have seen. Loved the story.

You know, not matter how ugly or not we think the fabric is...I think it went together nicely...And with all its "Uglyness" it will still warms someones heart and body...I kinda like it....Just dont stare at the dots to long...or the waves for that matter...It will be a conversational piece where ever it goes.......

I think you did a great job with what you had to work with. I think it's an interesting pattern and the I like the placement of the fabrics.

Actually I don't think it is that bad! Love your story. :D

I'd say you performed a miracle! In fact, it looks very vintage to me...as if it was made from old dresses as our ancestors were prone to use.

I'm not fond of the fabrics but the final quilt is awesome

I am with others. What size strips did you use and what size quilt top did it make?

Buy a beautiful baking and then she can use that as the right side and this as the backing. Don't toss it use it.

I have to agree! This is pretty ugly! You did an excellent job with what you had to work with. I would have been nauseous before I even got it cut out.
