Ladies....just a reminder that will apply to ALL the rounds. You MAY use multiple borders to make up the size required for that round. For instance....you can add a 2" and a 3" to make the 5" border, or you could use a 1" and a 4"...and so on. This can be done for ALL the rounds and it makes figuring out the math easier for those "odd" sizes.

Next mailing is 15 Feb....don't forget your postcards/FQ's if you group is enclosing them! As alway, if you are having trouble or a problem...holler at your point person or me... Have FUN!!

Yes Rach...2/15 is the mail date for this round. I'm steadily working on yours, but doing the applique by hand, so it is going a bit slower....DH is making sure that I do it right :roll:

I've just spent the afternoon (well part of it!) putting three borders of the 4 inner borders on Gai's (I'm doing 3 borders total - inner, middle and outer) and another part of the afternoon taking them all off again! :hunf: my seam allownace was out a bit - if it had been for me, I'd probably have left it but NOT when it's for Gai! :D

I'll tell you what he did...I was saving it, you know for only special occasions (like after a particularly hard JS block)..I wasn't even opening the box...then after about a week or so..I opened the box and all the pieces were half gone..bites out of them! OK here's Gai's border. Still got lighting issues here and it's on my design wall so I could hardly get far enough away to get it all in - my sewing room is only 6' wide - so I'm perched on my desk with my head in the bookshelf! Anyway, let me know what you think Gai - honestly, OK? :-D
