Beautiful quilt. I really like your lovely colors on the black background. Wool batting makes such a lovely quilt because it drapes so nicely. I would imagine that it is great to hand quilt-I have never done that. I do like to machine quilt with it. There is just something special about it.

Oh my gosh, I'm currently working on the exact same thing. I found her directions for cutting very strange, (or maybe my brain just is not working correctly). Ended up cutting enough colored tips that I could make many more stars (but without the center star) and had to cut extras of the black to have enough. Still not finished yet, my stars are just getting the black outline right now. Yours is beautiful.
