I love your warm wishes quilt! I made one as well. I want to say it was my first quilt ever! (other than art quilts - art quilts is what got me sucked in to quilting) I love the colors you chose - it has such a nice comforting look to it!!

This is what I just love about the "board".
You have picked colors that I would have walked past without a thought of picking them and combined them in a way to make a stunning quilt. And the color combinations? I just love them! Gayle, I just had to add my congratualtions to having your daughter home from Iraq! Be sure to thank her for all of us...... |
I really love the colors ! They work well together . And amazing you got it put together in a week
Tell your daughter THANK YOU ! Glad she is safely back home ! Sharon |
What a wonderful gift and how beautiful!!
Please add thanks, blessings and hugs from our household to your daughter. Looks like thoughtfulness and giving run in the family! |
This came out so well! I made a child's quilt from the warm wishes and haven't even showed it on the board, because I hate it. It is hard to get it balanced out with the right fabrics. You on the other hand, did a great job. This quilt came out beautiful. You are very sweet to do this for her. She is going to feel so special recieving it.
