one day while browsing the net i came upon a photo of a MYSTERY quilt & then MORE mystery quilts [that were just finished] they were awesome---who could make a quilt w/o planning it????? WOW i had to make one! i did make it just a little different & used some batiks

That is cool, I too wonder how it was done without planning in advance :D

mystery quilts are those which you are given directions for only part of the entire project and then the following [week or month] the host gives instructions for the next set of blocks you are to make and so on & so on............sounds fun but i'm not sure i would be capable of such randomness-----it's hard!
