The"Holiday Gifts Table Runner" comes from http://ajpadilla.com. Unfortunately, you need a $30 annual membership to get this pattern and any past patterns that were not free.

The snowman comes from www.thewoodenbear.com and is called "All Bundled Up" under 'Little Quilts Squared'
