and time is the only cure! LOL But really, last week was my birthday, so I decided to make me a couple of table runner to keep and use for the holidays. The first one I completed in a day; but the second one took a couple of days and a trip to JoAnne's! They are both from quilting magazines. Thanks for looking!

Both are really, really nice. Whick magazine did you get #2 from? - its my favourite.

LastGrandma 11-11-2010 09:26 AM

I knew you'd ask!! Both the runners are from Quilter's World. The Nutcracker one is from the Dec 2009 issue and the Poinsettia table runner is from the Dec 2007 issue.

cjomomma 11-11-2010 09:30 AM

Awesome toppers!! I need that nutcracker fabric, where did you find it? Please?

Cheryl 11-11-2010 09:33 AM

I think these are really pretty keep up the good work. :D

LastGrandma 11-11-2010 09:33 AM

I probably got the nutcracker fabric at either Joanne's in Vancouver WA or Fabric Depot in Portland Oregon...but it was many years ago. I know I bought 3 yards because I just loved it, and now I am down to about half a yard and have not seen anything to replace it with!

Nope they wont give out pattern unless I pay 14.95 for subscription. Anyone have the pattern for a table runner "Festive Elegance" from quilters world in 2007? Would be glad to reimburse you for it. Thanks
