Thanks all. I've received some PM's asking some questions, so I dug up my pattern. It's not from a magazine after all. The pattern is called Myomi and it's by Amy Myoraku. The 9 block quilt finishes to 54" x 72". But, mine is smaller because I only did 3 blocks.

If you're interested in the pattern, google Amy Myoraku and see what comes up. Maybe there's one for sale on ebay? I wish I could recommend this pattern, but I really can't. Quilter beware, it's a hard pattern to piece with all those curves.

I found one for sale here. http://www.shiboridragon.com/Quilt-Patterns1.htm

It is so cute! Aren't you glad you finished it? It looks good with just the 6 girls.

What a great wall-hanging. Sure would love this in a foyer, or hall, or my quilt room. Maybe even a guest bedroom?

So glad you completed this beautiful piece, aren't you.

You did a great job, love the colors.

I wondered if you used silks in your Japanese Girl quilt. It's very nice.

No, all cottons. I've collected a rather large assortment of Asian fabrics. I've started the quilting and I've scrapped the sashiko embroidery. I'm doing all FMQ. I figured I'd try some new techniques and see what comes if it.
