Japanese Jigsaw, a personal favorite
 

I made this quilt last year after seeing it displayed at a LQS. Japanese Jigsaw is by Tracey Brookshier. I have made two versions of this quilt. For first timers, don't be faint of heart--it is difficult but well worth your effort and frustration. To make the process easier, purchase the template that goes with it.
