Here is a fun jar block quilt top I just finished Now to go quilt it
Dawn |
how cute! I never seen a jar of dogs before, how do you preserve them? LOL, I tried to get my mom to make one but she doesn't like paper piecing and said it was too hard trying to use templates.
|
Very cute Dawn! I made one without paper piecing and I didn't think it was hard at all... I didn't use templates either, just rectangles and squares sewn across the diagonal.
I just wish now I would have known how to free motion, I could only quilt in the ditch at that time (still aint very good at free motion)...so just went around each jar and lid, etc. Fun to make and yours is unique! |
That is a really cute quilt. I'll bet it was fun to make.

I'm with Kathy. Very cute quilt, but not sure about the canned dogs. :)

oooooooh I love it! love it! love it! I have been for many years collecting a variety of different sewing/quilting theme fabrics. I want to jar scissors, machines, threads, buttons, quilts, etc. in each jar. I'm thinking it would make for a cute wh in my future sewing room!!!
