Jelly Jive Almost Done!

I've had fun piecing this one. It uses one jelly roll and is now about 52" x 60". I decided I would like it larger, so I still have to add borders. It's the same fabric line I used for the Cut Up quilt I showed a few weeks back - http://www.quiltingboard.com/picture...t-t170353.html - still love this fabric!

Thanks for looking,
Andi

Very pretty, best use of a jelly roll quilt I have seen.

I have never seen a quilt quite like this one...it screams modern and yet it is a warm and inviting design. I like it a lot. Nice work. Like the idea of borders also. Great work.

AndiR ... great modern-look quilt! My colours too!!

Wondering? is this basically a Jelly Roll quilt with the additional squares added in periodically?

This is a pattern by Pieced Tree Patterns called "Jelly Jive". Their patterns are the little one on laminated cards about the size of an index card. They have lots of fun designs - the Cut Up quilt in my other post is one of theirs too.

Thanks! I was actually meaning, the Jelly Roll Race quilt, but didn't say that .... the one where you sew 40 strips together, end to end, and then join that strip end to end ... and keep repeating it til you are finished. Yours had that random haphazard look, thus why I asked!
