Jelly Roll Baby Quilt

1 Attachment(s)
Went to a day of sewing with a group of ladies and made this jelly roll top. Used pastel squares each time I ran out of a strips, which were baby prints. Now to border and bind.

Lovely soft colours. How many strips did you use and what size did it end up?

That is so pretty, looks soft and snuggly.

The finished top is 57" x 58 and it was made from a purchased jelly roll. I didn't cut my own fabrics, but you certainly could.

I haven't thought that far ahead yet :)

Very cute, the blocks give the pattern a whole new dimension. Good thinking!

What a great idea to add the little squares at the end of ea. strip. Gives me a great idea for the strips I've been saving since they are all very different lengths. Just leftovers.

MargeD 10-09-2013 11:26 AM

Love how you used squares along with the strips of fabrics, very inspired. Great quilt.
