Here's a quilt I made for one of my gal friends in my congregation. She said her colors were greens and blues. Went to a quilt retreat back in March 2017 and this was the project they were doing so I joined in using what was in my stash. The cutoffs were used used to make the pillow so no waste here. Was even able to use some of the larger scraps I had leftover. Still need to quilt it though.

Jane QUilter, its her Monticello pattern online. One of the magazines carried it too but its a freebie or was once upon a time. She uses one of her border fabrics for the outer border and the triangles on each block. I used what I had in my stash.

Its called Kinabalu in the McCall's Quilting magazine dated May/Jun 2010, pg 44

Bergereink, its her Monticello pattern online or it looks similar to it. In the McCalls's Quilting magazine May/June 2010 its called Kinabalu. Looks the same but maybe not.

This is a gorgeous quilt. Keepsake Quilting has the digital pattern of Kinabalu. Isn't the beautiful quilt posted a curvy log cabin? The use of color is what gives it the totally other look, I think.
