I have this panel of the fairy, where did you get the smaller fairies from or what is the name of the fabric PLEASE?

Did you use a pattern for the one with the panel in the center? I want to do that but don't have a pattern. Did you just figure out how to put the blocks on the sides, and what size you needed to make them?
