I think it is no secret that I LOVE Kaffe.

But I have to say this quilt kind of stumped me?

Most obw have a floral or something for me to really make it lavish and scrolly.....but this one didn't have that feeling. Sometimes i make things so hard on myself. After looking at it for a couple of weeks I thought "all over swirl" It will keep with the movement of the quilt and not take away from it. I quilted Charisma Curls in the border. Love the finish!

I quilted this freehand on my 26 INNOVA. I used hobbs polydown batting.

I used black 70wt thread in the top and a gray super bob in the bottom. Thanks for looking.

Oh yes, the swirls were absolutely the best choice!!!

I'm not usually a big fan of Kaffe or Amy Butler but this is a great quilt and your swirls and curls are perfect for it!

The allover swirl looks perfect, I like that quilting treatment on many quilts.

Vibrant colors and the quilting carries the theme beautifully.
