This quilt was originally intended for the 1997 Hoffman Challenge, only I didn't get finished with it in time. Typical. It's all batiks, machine paper pieced and hand quilted with...guess what? Circles! LOL

Thank you! The pattern is a traditional kaleidoscope. I love working with batiks - with the color variations, it's always a surprise in the end.

Well you definitely made that fabric look great! Didn't like it before but now its awesome! I especially like the way you did the little circles inside bigger circles and they all intertwine nicely. Great Job!

That is stunning - your colour placement is fantastic, I love the way the colours flow and blend into each other without being bland. Great work! And kudos for hand quilting batik too!
