Kids art work into a runner
 

MY SIL grandkids drew on Kona cotton w/permanent fabric markers...asked me to make a runner.

Very cute! When I was teaching, a 100 years ago, I let my class of Pre-K and K kids paint on some off white squares. Simple rules... it had to be a picture of something in the class or in the play ground and have some of their friends in them. I then quilted into a very large quilt that they loved and is still displayed in the school's office. What fun!!

A Grandma’s keepsake ! When our 2 kids were little, I embroidered around their little hands on a dish towel and added their names and ages. The towel hung in my Grandma’s kitchen the rest of her life.
