Now that is a great idea - bigger so you can really see the intensity of the colors - makes me rethink my next quilt in the planning stages. Everytime I thinks I have it down, someone shows something ingenious and there I go again. How inspiring this family of friends can be! Thank you all.

I love your quilt!! The addititon of the sunflower fabric really makes it and was a perfect choice as the inner border!!! Great job!!!

Great quilt!

I love it!! You used my favorite colors. It can come live with me anytime.

Wow , this is so pretty and I don't see a thing wrong with it,
you did a great job. :D  |
Looks warm and snuggly to me. I love your color choices.

It looks great to me. Good for you, sticking with it. I really like the way you used the sunflower fabric.
BTW, the little bit of border wobblies can be corrected with additional quilting that does NOT run lengthwise of the border. Zig Zags, sine waves (you can tell I taught math in another life), leaves, waves, etc, are all good for this purpose. |
That is totally awesome...
I like it... |
You will have learned a lot from your experience so that is one positive. The second is that you have a wonderful quilt that has a history behind it to tell your family in years to come. As some one else said, most of us have done things like this, but somehow we always make it good in the end. well done. I love sunflowers by the way. Keep quilting.
