I'm experimenting with printing labels on muslin via my home computer. This is my first try. It was taken on the cell phone so I will take a better picture of it tomorrow underneath the bright work lights.

Now to figure out how to set the ink. Assuming I need to. I did 3 copies so I could experiment. One is just black and white and I just ironed it. One of the labels has green hair and I soaked that in salt water.

These are labels that an artist friend drew for me. I WISH my hair looked that good. LOL. Still though I like it.

You might want to try setting the ink with Retayne too. Your LQS might carry it.

Wanted a nice label because a) I don't like putting labels on and b) I hoped it would draw attention away from my quilts.

Yes, I know....have confidence and take pride in your work. It's not as bad as you think, etc. That thinking is a work in progress.
