OK...here it is...this top was finished this afternoon. Now...what to do with it....It is eventually going to be a new shower curtain...yup...there will be a vinyl liner inside so it doesn't get wet. Will post again as work progresses.

I am planning on putting a material shower curtain next to the pinwheels and then a clear vinyl curtain on the inside. Thinking of putting a border all the way around and using this for the grommets to hang it from. That way if i want to use it as a quilt, all i have to do is change the top border.
