Here are some of the things I've been working on lately. I made 2 blocks for Project Hokie Hope, Friendship Stars, one has my friend Andrew's name & the other has his sister's name, both of them grads of Virginia Tech. The signature blocks are for Nihal in Istanbul. The Feathered Star I made in a guild workshop with Ann Turley. The center fabric is from last January's Road to California show - the theme fabric of the show. I got it layered & pin-basted last weekend, just have to figure out how I'm going to quilt it.
Now to get to all the BOM's I'm behind on! LOL sue Project Hokie Hope detail Friendship Star for Project Hokie Hope Signature blocks |

Sorry! I've reposted the first pictures. I don't know what I did, but it should be OK now....

Sue,
I love your blocks. The feathered star is wonderful! I have a question. What writing implement did you use to write on fabric? Thanks for any information you can give me. |
