Latest quilt top for Sister's grandson.

I was asked to make a quick quilt for my Sister's grandson. He is five and wanted a "blanket" because his older cousin had received one years ago. So this is what I came up with. My picture is not very good but here it is. Riley loves superheros. I snowballed the blocks and used the corners I cut off to make pinwheels. I used them as cornerstones. As long as Riley likes it then mission accomplished. Now all I have to do is quilt it and in the mail it goes.

He will love his blanket. Everytime I bring a new quilt to one of my grand/great-grand children a new quilt, it immediately becomes their favorite blanket.
What size were your snowball corners? |
