What a beautiful quilt! Nice work!

I am so glad the pooch decided to be in the picture too. What a cutie. All that aside, I love your quilt and I am sure there are many more quilts in your future since this one is such a beauty.

Beautiful quilt. Good photo of the dog peeking through the fence.

I love this quilt! Laundry Basket quilts are so beautiful! People can do their own color ways on them, too. I am slowly, slowly working my way through this quilt, as well. I loved the bright colors that people used, as well. However, I am also doing the blue and white color way and I love it.

Laundry Basket Quilts 2021 Mystery

The 2020 Mystery Quilt (“California”) brought me back to quilting after almost a 20 year hiatus. When Edyta Sita announced a new mystery quilt for 2021 (“Michigan”), I was interested. But the blocks were going to be 4”, which had me intimidated. When the first few blocks were released in May, I knew I could do it. Even better, it allowed me to get familiar with my new 8” Qube for my Accuquilt. I used an orphan Signature block (made in Laundry Basket Quilts fabrics) for my label.

What a truly beautiful quilt! I have never participated in a mystery quilt, or a block of the month, but hope to do both someday! I too, gravitate to the kits or preselected fabrics as I just don’t have the confidence to put it all together myself…someday, hopefully!
