Thank you all, yup I'm her proud mama! Pojo, I made the spool doily,chain,single then picot. KalamaQuilts, that's a metal bottom thread stand I ordered at J.As using coupon. Coastienest.its a great way to use scraps.check quiltville..she has pix that are great! Tessagin, I to am collecting doilies for a teapot/cup wall hanging, cut them in half then zigzag doilies under teapot.but that's another to do..lol

Bonnie Hunt can explain leaders and enders. It's scraps of material you start and end your strips with. I am not good at explaining so best to go to her website. An excellent source of information there and will find many answers to a lot of questions you may have. She works mostly with scraps of material/fabric she has around.
