Love your solution to your many "PIGS". I have a dear friend who calls herself "the bag lady" because she has many, many things in paper and plastic bags.

I think my PIGS had to progress into PITS - Projects in Tubs. In 2014 my plan was to NOT purchase anymore kits or projects until I completed a BUNCH of what I already have. I made the mistake of saying that in our local quilt shop, and I think the Owner didn't appreciate my comment very much. sorry. :) They even had a UFO challenge, and I think I got 7 or 8 projects turned in, but clearly, I have had to try to make the same commitment for 2015. I haven't run out of projects yet, and I've really only purchased minimal pieces to finish up a project. I think I'm going to have to stick to that plan for 2016 too!
