My daughter, now 17 and in college, had several shelves on her wall at one time year ago--but they crashed. Several treasures were broken, but we remembered not to put store in earthly things (after a few important lessons). I offered to make her a wall hanging for the empty spot. She chose the pattern and fabrics.
The shelf covering is something I had played with with scraps. I knew she'd put it to good use. :-) |
You do such great work!!! Very, very pretty. I bet she just cherishes these!

Beautiful quilts, you are surely her biggest treasure. I'd be willing to bet she's a lot like me, wants to see everything instead of having things behind closed doors or drawers.
All the little things my kids got me, the grands have given me, the fabric, the scraps, the pictures on the walls and on shelves, the baskets of flowers or fabric full.......gosh, I'm going to have a crash one of these days, but I LIKE looking at them. Hugs, Sharon |
I like them... They are both beautiful and well down...
|
love your choice of colors on both of them! beautiful!
