that is a magnificent block. it is only 6"x9", so the pointy bits will be very tiny. thank goodness for paper piecing.

yes I did too and thought I had found a free one like it but then they tried to charge me $4.95

I believe I bought a pattern like this at JoAnns (with my 50% off coupon). I would definately want to enlarge the pattern before I tried to make it though.

darn. ive just completed at pp hummingbird...not near as colorful or detailed at this one!!! it almost puts mine to shame.
