Look at this windfall!
 

I wanted to make some pillowcases for a local disaster due to the hurricane.

I made some myself and received many right away (which I will show soon). Love them all but had terrible weather for photographing outside. So shot indoors.

Then today...

I received a whopping 28 pillowcases plus 2 baby quilts (very large quilts, mind you!) from katz_n_kwiltz . My goodness, I was so touched I almost cried.

Here's the windfall. These were all made by katz herself. What a generous, kind soul. It's the heart of a quilter, I'm sure of it.

Very touching....both you and Katz. When a cause calls out to your heart, you respond. I thinks that is a quilters motto because most of the quilters I know, donate their works. Love this story...

Katz is a doll. I've met her in person.. Like you she has a great sense of humor. I'll be getting mine off at some point. They are ready to post, but I got sick.
