Absolutely beautiful Penny. Sorry you're in a lot of pain. No fun. Hope it lets up soon. I'm in pain too but not from quilting but from trying a new rambunctious dance water aerobics class today and I ache from my ears to my toes. Hate to think how bad it would be if I weren't used to 5 days a week already. Obviously used different muscles.

Thank you all for your kind words and good wishes, I think I will be in pain for the rest of my life. My sister loved it, I only got to visit a few hours before she had to leave. She went to her hubbys family, because her father in-law has cancer. but it was so nice to see her after four years, even if it was not very long.
