I just ran across it and fell in love with it :)

The pattern says: Pattern for pups, cats and a pig created with zipper mouths that also can double as a hidden pocket. Use miss-matched fabrics and notions to add character to your critter design. Makes a wonderful keepsake of yours or a friend's beloved companion. Larger critters are approximately 5"x8" and smaller are 3 1/2" x 3 ½." Small size can be attached to a lanyard for adorning a backpack.

I can just imagine some of these made out of left over scraps.

I try not to use commercial patterns because I sell at craft shows. I will have to check to see if they allow use with permission.
