Love Notes, by Kimberbell
5 Attachment(s)
It’s been awhile since I’ve posted a finished quilt. I’ve been working on landscaping and haven’t been quilting a lot. However, in August, I participated in a 5 week BOW with Kimberbell. Lots of applique and hand embroidery and, of course, wouldn’t be a Kimberbell without all the embellishments. Super fun project. I ended up changing the layout, did turned edge applique instead of raw edge...and finished it with a scalloped border...quilted It on my domestic.....It is a darling pattern...

Oh my goodness Teen, that is absolutely adorable.

Awesome work! You took great photos for us to drool over.

How adorable is that? It looks like a super fun project and so much detail. You certainly added a lot of fun fabrics and embellishments and I love your binding too! Awesome job Teen.

Your quilt is adorable. I love the theme and all the embellishments add such a touch of fun.

Absolutely lovely.
Love, love your work. I had the pleasure of taking my SIL to her favorite LQS and saw some of the Kimberbell products displayed. I love them. I am definitely looking forward to taking her again, even though the distance is not very convenient. We just make a half-day trip of it.

Your work is always beautiful, and this one is super!

Love, love, love what you did with this Kimberbell. My LQS always carries Kimberbell and most do the embroidery machine version, but I bought the hand embroidery and applique version of Hello Sunshine. You may have given me the push to get started. My DH always responds when our DIL calls "Hello Sunshine" so I couldn't resist. Unlike you I will do the raw edge applique with a buttonhole stitch or I would never get it done. Hang your achievement proudly........you deserve the accolades.
