ok, all this talk of machines..
here's some of my oldies but goodies... 15-90 - my DH is using this to make his first quilt! 185J - found this in an antique store - the thing weighs a TON - you wouldn't think so because it's small (the follow up to a 99) 301 - my beige 301, I also have a black short bed.. I LOVE these machines - that's why I have two! I do all my piecing on the 301s. And they are FABULOUS for stippling/meandering. |
Those are awesome!
|
The last one looks a lot like the one my mom had which my sister has now.
|
THe second one looks like a machine someone gave me it is a Vogle(?). Same as the pattern company.
|
oh YUMMY!!! Those are all great!!!
I have a great 1957 Featherweight 221-sews like a dream... and my daughter has a 1928 Singer. We love old too!! |
I love your machines. I would like to collect them but I'm afraid my dh would have a heart attack. My little quilting hobby is already costing him a small fortune.
|
The first one looks very similiar to the one my mother had for years and years, the one she taught me to sew on!
|
Beautiful!

Wow ~ you have quite a collection going.

I think the old machines are beautiful. My MIL had a great looking one..maybe I'll just "snatch" it from my niece when she isn't looking...Think that would work??
