Darlene Try clearing your cookies from your computer. In case you don't know how here are the instructions: (1) Click on Tools on your computer toolbar at the top right hand of your screen (2) Click on Internet Options (3) You should see something that says "Delete" then should show "Cookies" Sometimes this helps. Another thing that might help if this doesn't work is to turn your computer completely off and reboot again. Hope this helps. |
