Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I like brown and it is beautiful. Beside....brown is the hot new color! So go ahead and donate that quilt. It will lift someones spirit. Have a great year and happy quilting.

I think it looks fine and woudn't hesitate to give it. The receiver will apprciate the wamth it provides and the love it contains. That's what matters!

I agree with coldquilter; however, any animal at the shelter might also like to have his/her own quilt to keep warm this winter.

I agree,someone will love it! If you plan to use lights /darks together again experiment with color placement(if you haven't already) So many designs can be made with your two families. Tinker
