Tisha :P Don't be running to that mail box anytime soon! LOL Ninnie It's OK I can wait I am a very patient person I did say I would like it so I can snuggle up in it whilst I watch "White Christmas" on TV. Now I didn't say which Christmas LOL  Now a question for you Ninnie - the calico you used was it a light, medium or a heavy weight cotton. I would love to make it one of these days when I have enough scraps. Tisha :P |
Which calico do you mean? the background is made up of high grade muslin,if that is what you are looking at, It is what gives it the old fashioned look!

Our Muslin over here is very sheer I think maybe what you call Muslin we refer to as Calico - we are going to need a dictionary between us LOL. So I am assuming that you are using calico. If you can nudge me in the right direction as to where you got it maybe I can take a look. I adore the effect it gives your quilt, as you said a sort of vintage look. Tisha :D |

Ninne
ty - I'll browse the net & see what results I get. I'm off to The Festival of Quilts here in the UK on the 20th so I can compare prices there too. Thanks again. Tisha |
