Making a Wool Penny Rug
 

I haven't felt too much like making a traditional quilt lately so I've been just playing with circles of wool -- I made this large wool penny rug and hung it in my sewing room. The largest circles are 3" and I just kept adding rows until I was tired of it. It measures 39" from top to bottom. The three small pieces over the window are made from the designs in the book "Paper Cut Valentines."
