I am thrilled to say that this is finally done !! I took a class at the Denver Expo on how to do this. But like most classes, you never get them done in the allotted time. The bad thing about that, is that the teacher didn't have time to show us how to finish it off. But figured it out.
The prints were all about my daughter, Amanda. Her favorite color is blue and her hubby's is green. Most of the prints were picked out with Amanda when we have been on our road trips together. We always have a theme and hit every quilt shop we can find. If you look close, you will when we went to Niagara ( water ), flowers ( the daffodils ), stars, and butterflies. There is also some of her wedding quilt from her grandma in it. Of course, I had to put shamrocks in it somewhere because I love them. [ATTACH=CONFIG]373657[/ATTACH] |

That is so pretty. I can only imagine that a non quilter would think it is totally impossible thinking you cut each patch individually.
