Thank you for all the advice and tips you gave me as I worked on this project. I appreciate your answers from 2 earlier posts where I asked how trapunto is done and whether I need a border or just binding to finish the edges.

Due to my knotty pine walls in my sewing room, I chose a lighter fabric (teal stripe on the diagonal) with a red flange as an accent to bring out the red words on the kite string across the sky. Thank you for taking a final look at my wonky house project and for coming to my rescue with your wisdom.

Came out really cute. If I remember this was a kit?? Love to know the name of the pattern. I need to make something next year by May and the category is houses.

Thank you! Sorry this was not a kit. It is from my imagination of what I would like to see in my fabric neighborhood. Our guild sponsored a workshop taught by Amy Stewart Windsor, called Playtime neighborhood. There are lots of houses that Amy has made in quilts that you would enjoy seeing. I wanted a quilt shop, my home and a church so that is what you see in my art quilt. The picture is not too clear to see the details. Have fun with making your houses any shape, color and size that you can dream up. It was a fun project.
