Made this for my Mom's 90th birthday last summer ..She loved it. She is in the center at 20 years old and all of her kids and grandchildren and even 3 great grand babies are on it ..

Excellent!! I think those kinda quilts will be treasured always.. Pictures of wonderful memories.. quilts are incredible treasures anyhow, but to always have the photos too.. who ever came up with that was brilliant..

I love it! I hadn't thought of using an irish chain to frame photos. That's a great idea and I'm going to do that at some point. thanks for sharing.

it is an irish chain pattern from Eleanor Burns and the square are sewed in strips so goes very quickly. the Pictures are printed on a cloth kit I bought from Staples with my home printer ..
