I used another "tut" from another forum... but in truth, only for the idea...i get all confused when they start with "cut 2 pieces Xsize and such.... it "glazes me over"...
what i do is make "wide strips of patched fabric" ie..bordered ME with strip pieces... i piece all this into strips and then layer them into what ends up as a piece of fabric... then cut my sizes from that...
decide on the lining.. add pockets..then box it all up sew together adding straps and leaving an opening in the bottom for turning...
the pockets on the sides were rectangles folded with elastic incases halfway.....and stitched on the boxing (sides)
Now i have you all confused, but that's how my brain works... i can see it better than "read" it...
Thanks for all the wonderful comments...bj
